apprenticeship -

a 3–6 month guided mentorship for teachers ready to deepen their practice and grow beyond their training.

apprenticeships offer a powerful next step after a teacher training - a space to build confidence, expand your knowledge, and begin shaping your teaching voice.

this mentorship is relational, steady, and grounded in real-time experience. you’ll observe, assist and teach in my classes, with ongoing guidance, space to ask questions, and support in finding your own path as a teacher. between classes, weekly homework and self-study help you integrate what you learn.


what you’ll learn -

the apprenticeship is built around three parts that build on each other:

– hands-on assists — reading different bodies, consent and care, from basic to deeper assists

– cueing — clear, simple cues, and how the words we choose shape the way students experience their practice

– sequencing — building a class towards a peak pose, balancing strength and softness, and finding your own teaching voice

each part closes with real teaching scenarios that we talk through together.


structure -

– an observation phase of 2 weeks to 1 month
– assisting in my classes and practising as a student each week, with a light debrief afterward
– 1:1 mentorship meetings twice a month, in person at SVERA
– weekly homework with written feedback: recordings, cueing and sequencing tasks, readings and podcasts
– your own practice: a weekly self-practice that slowly grows into a daily one
– guides, scripts, sequences and a personal homework & hours tracker


progression -

month 1 — intake, observation, hands-on basics
month 2 — assisting in class, cueing guidelines, practice teaching with me
month 3 — first time teaching in class, midpoint check-in
month 4 — sequencing towards a peak pose, deeper assists
month 5 — finding your voice, a draft of your final class
month 6 — teaching a full class at SVERA (private or public)

any time less than a 6 month track, we move through the same progression at a faster pace.

group connection is sometimes part of this process if there are mulitiple apprentices: occasional shared meetings allow for peer exchange, practice teaching, and shared learning.


investment - 

€450/month - if this is out of your budget, please still reach out and we can try to find a way that works for you.

this mentorship runs on presence, not strict calendar months. if you or i are traveling, we pause time and pick up where we left off.

requirements -

- you’ve completed at least one 200-hour yoga teacher training
– you’ve attended my classes at some point (past or present)
